Details you give us
When you book a discovery call, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your answers to the questions in the booking form, such as the kind of business you run.
- The call time you choose.
- Whether you’ve asked for appointment reminders by text message.
Details collected automatically
When you use this website, we collect basic information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how much of the video you watch, your browser and device type, and roughly where you’re visiting from.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Arrange your discovery call and contact you about it.
- Prepare for the call, so we can make the most of your time.
- Put together a coaching package for you, if we both think we’re a good fit.
- Understand how people use this website, so we can improve it.
If we decide not to work together, we won’t use your details for anything else, and we never use them for unrelated marketing.
Text messages
We only text you if you tick “Text me appointment updates” when you book. Those messages are reminders and updates about your call, nothing else.
Texting is optional, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If we work together, we keep it for as long as you’re a client. If we decide not to proceed, we delete it within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and protect it from misuse or loss.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time. Just email us at krishan@bonsaisolutions.com.au.
